Please read below so you know what to expect on the day.

• Quote is based on the information provided. Larger rooms may be re-quoted.
• Standard sizes: living room/bedroom up to 4x4m, hallway/landing up to 4m.
• Most stains will be removed, but results vary with high-traffic or damaged areas.
• Additional stains not discussed prior may be chargeable — agreed before cleaning commences.
• Please advise if chemicals (e.g. Vanish, Dr Beckmann) have been used — flushing out may be required.
• We cannot guarantee 100% stain removal due to variables outside our control.
• Please remove small items and fragile/valuable objects before our arrival.
• We cannot move large furniture due to health and safety regulations.
• Carpet dry times vary; upholstery takes 12–24 hours to fully dry.
• Please unplug and move TVs, consoles and other electrical items in advance.
• We require access to hot water and 2 plug sockets (no extension leads).
• All rooms/items must be clear of obstructions before our arrival.
• Payment is due within 7 days of completion — by bank transfer (details on your invoice) or cash.
• Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours so we can resolve them promptly.
• We may take before/after photos of the areas we clean (carpets, sofas, chairs) and use them to show examples of our work, e.g. on social media. These never show personal details or identify your home. If you'd prefer we didn't, just let the cleaner know before the clean takes place.
